making and delivering the very best product, we have a team of
individuals dedicated to respond to the needs and queries of our
customers. It is our policy to take action quickly, but every request
is dealt with thoroughly. We understand the fast pace of the industry
and we also strongly believe quality should never be sacrificed.
We employ an in-house job tracking system that monitors the
progress of all our projects so that customers are always updated on
the status of their designs and boards. Our offices are open Monday
through Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm (Pacific standard time) and our
telephones are monitored by customer service representatives rather
than voicemail, so that our customers can have immediate feedback.
